Q: How long will it take for me to receive my sail after ordering it?
A: Direct from our factory here in Phuket which is the biggest sail loft by area in the world we can deliver daily on the island. If you order through one of our extensive network of dealers please check, however we do guarantee speedy delivery to them once an order is placed. We can also deliver door to door if a private individual 14 days production & normally 5 days delivery by DHL very efficiently.

A: Our sails are computer designed and hand finished - the best of both worlds. All of the materials we use to build these sails, from the sail cloth and battens to UV sewing thread and premium hardware, are imported from America, Europe and Australia. The pride and skill of our professional staff is evident in the superb workmanship and hand finish which goes into every sail. This is Important to us. After all - no matter how good the design, a sail is only as good as the people who put it together.

Q: How do I get accurate measurements to order my new sails?
A: You can ask your dealer to assist with understanding the way to measure. You can also refer to the chart on this site explaining the meaning of different symbols. We will always check your measurements on the computer for major discrepancies but your measurements allow us to produce the sail to your specification, keeping costs down to benefit you the purchaser.
Q: How do I get my sails repaired?
A: If in Phuket please bring in to our loft, or world wide there is a network of sail lofts that our dealers can assist you with and we also are always here to support our product.
Q: Which cloth and cloth weight do I use?
A: Our advice is that you leave the type of fabric and weight of cloth to our sail designers. If you have any considerations please mention on our order form and they will be looked at on point of order.
