Rolly Tasker Offshore Sails are our most widely used top of the line sails designed for boats of any size to cope with the demands of offshore cruising and racing.

The sails are manufactured to our highest construction and finish specification to guarantee trouble free long life use and performance. They are extremely strong and low in stretch due to choosing the highest quality dacron available from the world’s leading cloth manufacturers. We recommend this range for boats above 37ft, sailing both coastal, blue water and ocean passage making.

Our standard specification includes:

  • Individual sail design

  • Premium Dacron, Crosscut Marblehead or Fastnet

  • Seams three rows zig-zag stitch with UV stabilised thread

  • Stainless steel rings reinforced with webbing and leather

  • Hand sewn leather reinforcements on wear points

  • Extra heavy radial patches

  • Extra large or doubled tapes with 2 rows of stitching

  • Heavy duty batten pockets with velcro lock or tie in type

  • Mainsails are constructed with alloy headboards

  • Full rows of tell-tales

  • Webbed on luff hardware

  • Low stretch leech line with clam cleat

  • Two draft stripes for visual reference of sail shape

OUR SAILS

Inshore Sails

Rolly Tasker Inshore Sails are suitable for small boats up to 28ft. These are at least factory equivalent replacement sails which originally come with most production boats. They are perfect for cruising and light racing. These sails are manufactured with quality cruising dacron weaves that last for many years. They have been extremely popular for the Hunter, Catalina, MacGregor, Precision and similar yacht ranges.

 

Coastal Sails

Rolly Tasker Coastal Sails are designed for recreational cruisers and club racers who look for a combination of durability and performance for boats up to 36ft. The sails are built in crosscut design in a strong construction finish with use of High Modulus dacron fabrics to ensure durability and shape holding.
