Un 10 para Rolly Tasker Sails Spain.
Mi experiencia con Rolly Tasker Sails Spain no puede ser mejor.
Empecé encargándoles un asimétrico porque me pareció que la relación calidad precio era inmejorable, y no me equivoqué. La vela salió magnífica.
Después les encargué una nueva vela mayor, y una vez más el resultado superó mis expectativas, la calidad de los acabados y el tejido, los puños rematados en cuero, las costuras perfectas, el corte inmejorable.
Y no sólo hacen buenas velas, me han hecho una magnífica funda de invernada para proteger las maderas de la bañera y un toldo de fondeo que se monta y desmonta en un periquete y que pinta estupendamente aún con viento.
Desde mi punto de vista es una velería altamente recomendable en cuanto a la calidad del producto, pero además el trato humano es excelente, se toman todo el tiempo necesario para asegurarse de qué es lo que el cliente necesita y explicarle cuál es la mejor solución. Nunca he tenido un trato tan personal en el pasado.

I wanted to share with you my appreciation of your service at Rolly Tasker Sails which is certainly a great team achievement. Recently I purchased a new self tacking headsail for my Hanse 445 which had to be fabricated from scratch as the old headsail no longer existed. Initial doubt and potentially a risk of lost of performance due to a smaller headsail I was amazingly surprised. The new sail fitted immediately perfectly without any problems. On our 1st sail trip in light winds around 10knts at Pangna bay the headsail performed fantastic and it was a breeze to fill the sail with the available wind. Great product, good workmanship and high quality I’m over the moon. Another experience I like to commend was the recent manufactured steering cables for my Hanse 445. I had quite some trouble to source replacement but again you and your team pulled it off. With some measurements given and a discussion of how to tackle the fittings all steering wires were completed to high standards in just half a day. It’s a pleasure coming to Rolly Tasker Sails and receiving such a great service to such a high standard, if you don’t mind please share my experience with your staff/team and I shall see you again in the future.
