Rolly Tasker Coastal Sails are designed for recreational cruisers and club racers who look for a combination of durability and performance for boats up to 36ft (ca. 11 m). The sails are built in crosscut design in a strong construction finish with use of High Modulus Dacron fabrics to ensure durability and shape holding.

With this new main I can reef in about five minutes

Having this new sail is totally changing the way that I sail. Reefing the old main was so annoying because the main was all dicey and blown out. So, I would fiddle around with headsails more but I only have three headsails so often I would be either underpowered or overpowered. Now I choose the headsail that most matches the conditions and then use reefing and un-reefing the main as a way to keep my boat balanced. And with this new main I can reef in about five minutes which is just a third of the time of changing a headsail... on this ocean passage I am doing a couple of reef changes of the mainsail every day and every time I do it I am just so grateful. https://www.youtube.com/@WindHippieSailing

Boat was ﬂying along with her new sails

Great price – super value – quality sails – A very happy customer :-) Test sailed today in circa 20kts to 28kts of wind in Southampton water. On a reach we achieved 9.3 to 9.5 kts max SOG with tide and 7 to 7.3 kts SOG against – Boat was ﬂying along with her new sails. We have won 5 degrees upwind

We have ordered a Performance Tape Carbon (PTS) jib made in the Rolly Tasker Factory in Phuket and it proved to be an excellent choice. Sails came really good and we have won 5 degrees upwind, the sail is really stiff and light and easy to trim. I reckon it is a very good sail for racing with a very reasonable price tag. The factory has been very responsive to my request, we have decided to build a 68 sqm2 mainsail using the same technology which will be used in the Royal Langkawi Regatta in January and we will feed you with pictures.
