Modern sail-design to evenly distribute loads across the sail .
Panels run in radial shape into the three corners of the sail.
A tri-radial sail will have better shape-holding qualities than a crosscut sail.
More drive, especially when made from performance fabrics such as cruising laminate.

With this new main I can reef in about five minutes

Having this new sail is totally changing the way that I sail. Reefing the old main was so annoying because the main was all dicey and blown out. So, I would fiddle around with headsails more but I only have three headsails so often I would be either underpowered or overpowered. Now I choose the headsail that most matches the conditions and then use reefing and un-reefing the main as a way to keep my boat balanced. And with this new main I can reef in about five minutes which is just a third of the time of changing a headsail... on this ocean passage I am doing a couple of reef changes of the mainsail every day and every time I do it I am just so grateful. https://www.youtube.com/@WindHippieSailing

Boat was ﬂying along with her new sails

Workmanship on the sail looks superb

The sail looks beautiful and performed great both reefed and hauled all the way out. The cut is perfect for Solstice and the workmanship on the sail looks superb.
