Rolly Tasker Sails goes One Design. We have now developed sails for the Finn Dinghy, a highly competitive and technical racing dinghy class. Our new Finn Dinghy sails are innovative by design to deliver pure speed on the water for champions and ambitious dinghy racing enthusiasts alike.
It began, when our CEO Sven decided to take up sailing in the Finn class — so we have a real personal interest in making the best and fastest sails for these demanding boats.
Finn sailing gives him the chance to expand on his usual family sailing and also to get on the water more often, after work. However, the Finn class is highly competitive, so making sails here was a bold choice and a challenge!
It is, however, in the company’s DNA and history — our founder Rolly Tasker was a world-class dinghy racing champion (and Olympic sailor) in his time and he would surely have approved of Sven’s move into the international and formerly Olympic Finn class!

Luff curve and sail profile designed specifically to match the mast curve, individually tailored for the sailor.
Made with all the experience of our professional sailmakers, utilising the technology available in our high-tech loft.
Production started only now, after many years trial and testing period in which our sail designs were constantly evaluated on the water and refined in our loft.
