Our sails are individually designed, cut and made. But not every sail that we make. For good reason, there are exceptions. Because for certain types of sails, such as downwind or storm sails, you can take advantage of our pre-fabricated sails to standard sizes that we make in off-peak season – offering the high quality that is the Rolly Tasker Sails hallmark but at a lower price.

Your Advantage

These sails are made in high numbers and for this reason only at a lower cost than our usual, individually designed and made sails. Your advantage is the lower price for a sail that has the same high quality as you can expect from Rolly Tasker Sails. Plus, a significantly reduced lead time for delivery. Both downwind and storm sails can be made in a range of sizes that fits nearly every yacht, from 20 to 65 feet in length.

Pre-Fabricated Downwind Sails

We offer different types of downwind sails in many sizes. Each of these sails has the same design, fabric and colour scheme because we make them during off-peak periods when things are a little less busy in our loft than is usually the case. We produce each of these sails with the same care and attention to detail but in a more uniform way. When you are ready to order your new downwind sail, we can very probably pull it off our shelf instantly and send it directly to you!
